Well what a sad turn out for this meeting that concerns all Camposol residents, about 20 people only, for such a important update on the future of Camposol.

Information on the fight to re route the  Rambla, information on the 400 homes built wrongly on government land on sector D, the fixing of the roads, and the lighting required, ( the electric company found cutting the wires, and removing the fuses )  then a report blaming the residents for this.

Just 20 residents interested, as the legal team stated who were present on the meeting, you will get nothing if you do not put up a fight, and every one ( 4000 residents on Camposol ) start to show support.

When the council hear that only 20 turned up, they will laugh, and not worry about the roads, lights, or the 2.9 million being held by them for Camposol.

A election due next year, 20 residents will not swing anything for Camposol representation on the council.

You reap what you sow, and in this case its nothing, well Camposol, do not bother moaning, or complaining about any thing on Camposol, you let yourselves down, and everyone around you.

The council will just ignore you, and you have saved them millions which they will invest else where which they are itching to do.

How sad,  same old thing, not my problem, let some one else deal with it, well, it will hit hard shortly when all goes down hill fast.

It is a sad turnout but why be so aggressive on the forum, we own on a place on Camposol but as non residents living in England and coming to our Spanish home every six weeks we couldn’t attend todays meeting due to the 90/180 day rule restrictions and the cost of flights, the full time residents of Camposol should definitely have supported the meeting and I appreciate the hard work that Camposol Residents Association due on our behalf and I’m a member.

Hi

My husband and I were at the meeting and he was the person asking the questions. We have lived here on D sector for 12 months now. It was interesting to hear about the rambla being diverted which we gather is at the back of our sector. And didn't know about the houses that are supposed to be built on government land. We will of course be investigating if one of these is our property. We didn't fully understand what the CRA did for the community of camposol. But since attending the meeting a lot has become clear to us now on how hard the committee work behind the scenes trying to get things done for all of us who live on camposol whether it's as full time residents or just having a holiday home here. It's important that all owners sign up and pay the subscription of just 3€ a month to help fund the legal team that is fighting on behalf of all the camposol owners. At the meeting the funds that the CRA had in the bank were depleted because they had to pay for a surveyor to check out the bridge situation before the CRA could put the case forward to the council together with pictures of the damage. There is a lot of apathy on camposol with people keeping their heads down and hoping someone else will fight their battles for them and need to look to the future to help get camposol the help they need to get it sorted once and for all. So please everyone who has joined the CRA pay the 3€ a month that was decided at the meeting to help fund the ongoing process of getting camposol where it needs to be. Anyone who had joined the CRA and changed their email address and or phone number please contact CRA direct and give them your up to date information. Many thanks Lynn and Dave.

Say what you like, Camposol is at risk of nothing being done if no support in person is given.

Softly Softly approach never works, we need to hit hard at every one to stand up and be counted, understand your situation, but we have 4000 people on Camposol.

Well done, if only all would be so supportive, we will win everything we need, it needs a show of strength and support.

You will need to contact the CRA, but more importantly, speak to your solicitor asap, and ask them to confirm all, they do hide things here in Spain.

Too true.  But too many keep their heads down and are blinkered to what's going on. We spoke to neighbours opposite and told them about the meeting. They said they were only holiday makers and maybe not staying on camposol much longer so don't want to get involved. Other full time neighbours don't want to know either. It will be hard to try and drum up support as there is so much negativity on camposol.
