Toll charges website

Hi guys,

What websites can I go on to find out if I have any outstanding toll charges to be paid 

I visited Portugal 2 years ago and knew I went through a toll,  but couldn't see how to pay or how much I owed 

I did go onto a website,  which I can't remember the name of and I checked it with my registration for over 8 months,  but found zero charges relating to my vehicle,  but my daughter has recently found charges on her own vehicle from 3 years ago with accumulated fines,  so we know that there is more than one website which tots these things up without people knowing 

Does anyone have any idea where I need to look,  as I'm sure I would have at least one outstanding payment from my way back from Portugal to Spain
