Types of Villas

Can’t help with living full time in a Rebecca or Classico, but sure someone will answer. Would suggest that you try and rent one of these types when you come over. You may also like to join some of the Camposol Facebook pages to give you an idea of life here. We have lived here full time for just over a year and are happy that we made the right decision. All the sectors are different. A and B are close to the shops, pharmacy, bars etc. C has the Golf course and D is very quiet and about 5km from the main facilities. Most people will tell you to rent before you buy. Good luck

Welcome. We have a 2 bed Rebecca on D. We are moving over full time next month. We have a conservatory on the front. Our front door has been moved from the middle of the front room to the end so it does not cut the room in half and it gives it more space. There are 2 of us and it is ideal for us. We have had family staying as well. The bedrooms are quite small but adequate as they have the built in wardrobes. With the Rebecca you get the dining area too. We will be looking to replace the kitchen. Block off the back door, add a window and create patio doors from the dining room. Good luck.

People live in them full time ....if it suits your needs then go for it they are extremely cheap to buy ...as a previous poster said (rent before you buy).

Hi would love to see pics of your alterations. It's something I've got in mind.

Will pm you pics of bathroom. We have also had the metal staircase removed as they are death traps

Thanks very much.  That's a great idea about the front door the room split in two was really putting me off. We're hoping to buy one with a conservatory.  Any other things you would look for when searching properties? Do you mind me asking if it was expensive to move the front door? Woukd love to see photos of your villa too if you dont mind. You've been a great help.

Make sure that all the paperwork is correct when buying a villa with alterations from the standard.
