That's good to hear. We bought last year and have only stayed for 2 very short nights. Looking forward to meeting people next month. We had been saving hard and were in a fortunate position to then be cash buyers. There are some bargains there. Work hard save hard and dreams can come true. Xx

We bought 3.5 years ago and so far only use the property as a holiday home but manage to squeeze in 5 breaks per year and totally agree that the people could not be more helpful or accommodating if they tried

Actually hoping to spend a month out here in July with a view to taking early retirement because we love the place and the people so much which lend to a most relaxing break ever

We are out for nearly 3 weeks next month. Our daughter and granddaughter will come to see our retirement choice and spend Easter there with us. Bringing sister for approval in June and coming for the August fiesta.

I can take my private pension next summer age 55 but realistically as we have no property in UK to sell we need to work and save a bit more. We are on course and plan is to be out there full time in 2021 when we are 55 and 56 which fingers crossed will give us plenty of years to enjoy our early retirement. I'm not planning on spending my hard earnt private pension on renting in UK and paying high council taxes! We are only here once. Worked hard all our lives so time to start thinking about enjoying our final years! Xx

Sounds like a plan...!!

Both our kids have visited with their partners and really like the property and the amenities. This year my son is taking their baby plus another couple with a baby as well so obviously a good cheap option for them

We do not intend to fully retire as we have retained our property in the UK as although we love the sun we have never lived in it for long periods so basically want to break in gently and see how things pan out. Agreed, having worked hard for so many years we just want to chill and stop clock watching and so far Camposol suits us perfectly

Good to hear. We have 3 grown up children and 6 grandchildren who are looking forward to spending school holidays with us. I know there are not any amenities for children - our grand children range from 11 months to 13 years - there are beaches nearby they can enjoy and as a family we will make our own fun in the sun xx

Might be worth taking a small mortgage - the bank will then check everything out in detail?
