I am looking to buy a property on Camposol. A friend who lives at Peuerto Marrazonhas told me that only area A has been adopted by the local council and that B, C and D have not. Also I am told that there have been problems with properties built on a river bed causing flooding. Is there any truth in this? Any help would be appreciated.

Google Camposol & you will see lots of information. Most areas are not adopted by the local authority. The best thing you can do if you are buying a property is visit Camposol & find out for yourself.

The only part's of Camposol that are not finished ..are the parts not completed by the now bankrupt Massa builders ....the council have adopted A sector and are in the process of sorting out the mess left by the now bankrupt builders... I have had a Villa for 11 years on sector D all the streets are developed ..and the council are maintaining the urbanization ...so as the previous post said go and have a look yourself and stop listening to what Tony down the pub has to say about a place he does not live on.. and basically knows nothing about because he has never visited the place.
