Buying Property in Camposol

I am on Sector B and have been for the past 12 years with no problems I don't know about B1 but you can walk to the shops if necessary if you go over to D sector you will need some sort of transport.

Thanks Pedro..I am very pleased you have had no problems with your property.Sector B is great for the easy access to the shops and that’s why we chose it.Was just concerned as that dreaded video of Homes from Hell not only circled C and D as having subsidence problems but part of Sector B and it looked liked B1 was within the circle.I have searched all over the internet but can’t find any mention of subsidence anywhere on B but thought i’d ask you guys in the know.

I too am in process of buying a villa on sector B1 with view to moving over mid October. I have researched and not found anything about subsidence on B1. If you hear of anything i would be interested to know.

Not sure yet Kathryn as we have a few loose ends to tie up in the UK but hopefully the permanent move will be no later than next year as it’s an early retirement for us both.
