Camposol Neptuno boxing in outside staircase etc

One was done near me at the end of last year(external stairs) and was told by the builder it was €10 000. Seems a lot but they have done a very good job. I think my wife still has the builders number if you want to make an enquiry

We had boxed in stairs on our Rebecca by an excellent local Spanish builder Antonio for €1400 including doors and tiles, I would suspect that it won’t be much more for a Neptuno

sorry all. changed the figure as was comfused, the steps were €1400 job done and the complete reseal, retile and rendering of the rood terrace was €3000

Depends on which model of Neptuno. Most have access to the solarium through the upper bedroom/bathroom but some have an additional walkway around the bedroom/bathroom onto the solarium.

The removal of the shelves and fireplace isn't too big a job but very dusty, We've had our shelves and most of the fireplace removed but left the hearth base for our wood burner. We considered having our stairs covered in but decided not to do so = we just had a part under the stairs enclosed to form additional storage.

Can recommend Antonio - lovely guy - who has done several stair enclosures for my family and friends as well as other works - he does  a very good and well finished job, efficiently and competitively priced. Worth checking his site for the photos of his work and comments

       Did you require planning permission and architect plans or was the work classed as minor work’s because Mazarron Council are traditionally very slow in issuing planning permission and we are also looking at have our stairs built in.

I got my numbers wrong my boxed in steps were €1400 job done it was €3000 for my roof 

So between €1400 and €10000
