Buying a house unseen is a very foolish thing to do.
Would you really do that in your home country ??
If necessary, if I have an expert opinion, yes!
I saw it in the vido call and also the surroundings.

Please send honest reports because we have already reserved and paid for a house in s...Read more...

Hi
My wife & I own a property in Camposol Sector C (C2), in Calle Frailes. We lived there for two & a half years, before buying another on Sector A. The C2 property now has tenants on a long term let. They are happy there, as were we.

Lower C properties are OK and it's a nice area to live in.
We only moved to Sector A because it's closer to the Camposol shopping areas.
You might find this interactive street map useful.

There are maps that show the areas that are liable to flooding and give the likelihood on the basis of one flood in a hundred years and (from memory) one in four hundred years. There are also maps of the areas covered by the Rambla de Los Aznares. (They are similar but not identical to the flooding maps). There are two maps, firstly showing the streets covered by the Rambla itself, on which houses were built illegally and secondly, the streets covered by the area in which houses can only be built with permission from the Regional Water Authority, which owns the Rambla. But don’t panic because there are plans to reroute the Rambla, using one of two options, of which the current favourite is to reroute it along the perimeter of the urbanisation behind Calle Babinas at the very end of D sector. The person to ask for the maps is Phil Gelling. He is a member of this forum and the chair of the Camposol Residents Association (CRA) who should be able to answer your questions.
Hope that helps

Hi, a newbie here but I am also looking to buy in Camposol and have been doing lots of research. I thought I'd sign up to see if this can help you.
The closest I have managed to get to a hydrographic map for sector D is from this article in Murcia Today. Scroll down and it shows the route of the rambla through Sector D (blue line) and the 110metre building exclusion zone around if quite faintly (2 blue lines each side and some hatching).
Some say that this exclusion zone could change when the Rambla is re-routed properly and decisions made on legality of houses within it. That would be good news for anyone owning a property in that zone.
It looks like C. Gonafe is within the current restriction, but that could change.
