Embargoes on D35 plot numbers

Hi everyone,

First time on forum hope you can help,got a property on D35 after reading about embargoes etc very worried that my property is in the firing line. We wanted to start using the villa again for holidays, i never got the deeds and wanted to get them soon as possible. Can anyone tell me if all the property' on D35 are affected? Many thanks in advance.

2 years back The Camposol Residents Association warned people on Camposol ...to pick up the Escutura (deeds) asap otherwise the company that was in charge of the Masa  liquidation/bankruptcy  would sell your property as a Masa builders asset ..hence all the property auction's that has been going on in  last year ...2 properties in my street have been sold a auction  and many more all over Camposol have been sold at auction...the CRA have got a complete list of all the properties that  have already    gone to auction ...get in touch with the CRA via email or you can pop into. the CRA cabin next to the new community centre on B sector and they will give you the full story...personally if I was you I would be on a airplane today.

I was told a long time ago by a lawer in Madrid "no Escatura you don't own the property"simple as .Ive seen houses being embargoed and sold with all there chattels still inside lately ,because of the builder going into liquidation .Best bet if they can help you ,is as the previous poster has said ,get in touch with the CRA .A lot of sculduggery gone on here. I believe Cdip are tackling a case to the European Parliament might be worth talking to them also but CRA and CDIP are in dispute ,so maybe Best not to mention each other in your conversation with them.I use Denese at Camposol properties a good straight talking solicitor ,on Sector A shopping area if that's any good.

I'm on D35  bought 2 years ago and have all the correct paperwork. House next door but one was empty and has just been sold at auction for peanuts and has workmen in doing it up now  

You need to check your paperwork and get a lawyer here to try to sort this out. another neighbour was in your position and he got everything sorted for around €3k. Another neighbour who does lives here had his house put in the auction  he managed to buy it back himself - a very worrying time for them

Thanks for replying our property is in calle hernan valle 65. I cant see anything on my paperwork saying turistica. We haven' got our deeds so in bit of a mess with it all. Also cant find plot number only door number!

I have all the sympathy for people losing there houses ,but I can't believe the amount of people getting caught out re a embargo /liquidator involved .as the poster said when was the last time you came out to Camposol ??Theres  been enough information and advise been given out ,about what was about to happen, can't you people that caught out read !!!!.i repeat my mantra "no Escatura means you own nothing "cry and scream as much as you like "this is Spain "if you chose to not pay your ibi or didn't pay to get your Escatura (who was advising you?)and didn't bother to listen to the warnings it really is a case of hard sxxt.sorry but that's reality .This might offend some people but that's the truth ,wake up "This is Spain "there have been enough warnings here no niceties it ain't England here.My Expierience is simple  get street wise quick in Spain /Camposol or someone is going to dump a big bucket of do doo over your head hope I this don't get me banned ,but that's the hard truth.

Enough of it about ,be it estate agents so called Abigardoes or thieves .Wake up and listen to people that know how it works there.Niavity is the worse thing we Brits carry when going to Spain ,and the mercenary guys are waiting for us to empty our savings gand believe me the casino in hell is slower ,than some of the people there in Camposol /Spain ,in getting your money be they  British ,Spanish ,Whoever .Ive had my rant hope this is posted ,but no more hard luck  stories please you were warned.

How come you don't have your deeds. We were signed up for ours as soon as we completed on the sale.

If your property was not registered with the land Registry you could receive Deeds which say you have bought the land with permission to build a house, that is no good, you need the Fina Obra which is an additional document showing your house as having been built and registered with the Land Registry.

Thanks for info, my dad was sorting all the legal stuff originally, but he lost Interest in the whole project. Im desperate to save villa as we want to do work etc and start useing it again. Where do I start? I've mailed CRA but as of yet no reply  ( i know there busy). For all we know tje property might of been one of the repos already!
