Hi, We bought our property in Camposol about 6 months ago and have only recently realised that most of the properties, including ours, do not have Habitation Licences. We do have deeds, of course. I've been assured by many that it's the norm here and not a particular worry, but that there are ways of obtaining one. Has anyone ever been through that process please?

You're right, thanks, but I was wondering how to go about getting one. Maybe I should just stop worrying and go with the flow!

Not the norm actually, we are in the monsora villas on lower C and we have habitation certificates , all A and B sectors have them , I think the main problem areas are on D sector where Masa the contractor went berserk and built without permits

You could try contacting MARTINEZ DE LA CASA Architect company experienced in obtaining different types of certificates especially for Camposol houses. (Some certificates are only ).vailable after a set number of years. TEL: 665 810 411 . Speak English and will be cheaper than a lawyer.

I think all of A Sector may have them, but not all of B, as that's where we are.
