I have just been reading about the legal cases going through against the developers and some of the banks who were involved with the building of most of the dwellings in Camposol. This has made me a bit unsure about how safe it is investing my money in a home in the camposol area. Can anybody help to expell my doubts on buying in Camposol.

You may get some negative replies, ignore, the Spanish cannot afford in any way to lose the Brits, they bring in everything, and take out nothing.

Camposol is a safe bet, the budget has started, and money is about to be spent on the area, a big meeting with the Mayor confirmed all.

If everyone got of their backsides and voted last time, we would have now many councilors in the council, and a bigger voice supporting Camposol, and therefor a bigger budget.

The Spanish will agree Brexit or no Brexit, to look after the Brits in particular, 2.5 million euros every hour brought into Spain for the month of August, think they will throw that away, NO.

If Camposol collapsed, every other urbanisation would be in the same position, imagine the amount of income lost to the Spanish government, Spanish jobs lost, shops closed, suppliers going broke, banks, etc etc.

Not going to happen.

My advice, buy quickly, Camposol is a very good bet, and I forecast a good future.

The uk will not be the first or last to leave the EU, just wait, another will follow, they cannot survive without us, thats why they made it so difficult for us to leave.

Buy, enjoy, you will regret not doing it, and it could be to late for you if you hang on, my opinion.

There are legal issues surrounding a lot of the properties on camposol.

Although everyone claims to have all paperwork.

I have yet to find anyone to post a copy of said documents. Ie habitation certificate.

You pay your money and take your risk.

I would rather pay a little more and risk a lot less

Cannot expel your doubts as no one knows what will happen. Yes, less people will move to Spain (or anywhere else) from uk next year due to restrictions being imposed by the American born uk pm (irony?). However if local council are wise enough to invest in Camposol now , as promised (and as ordered to in past) then it would be more attractive to Spanish buyers and as a retirement place for people from fellow eu countries. Personally I would welcome a more cosmopolitan Camposol 👍🏻

This post that was quoted has been deleted.

I still believe in Camposol, and have no doubt it will improve.

Investment may be small, but it has started, and will continue.

Residents not living on Camposol always seem to put us down, but use everything we have.

Only Camposol residents should comment on Camposol, its only right.

Buy, and enjoy, you will not be sorry, if we are, then every Brit in Spain will suffer also, as any rules made will affect every single Brit property, every urbanisation, and every holiday maker, lots of Dosh lost by Spain, think about it, it will not be allowed to happen, Spain would go down the pan.

Its been going on for years.

There are a lot of rumours, but to get the truth, you had to attend the big meeting with the Mayor, and Councilor.

Legal papers were shown which clearly showed, the Council removed Massa, and took over themselves.

However Camposol is a very safe bet.

Again I say, if Camposol goes down, every urbanisation will follow, and every single property owned by Brits will follow.

It will not happen.

Come retire enjoy, and watch Camposol go from strength to strength.

Have a look at Germany, France, Greece, all on the brink of recession, I would not want to buy there.

All my personal opinions, if you wait and wait, you may never see it, life will decide for you.

We are all allowed a opinion, and I respect yours.

Camposol, Camposol, Camposol, strange how it never stops, if it did, we would forge ahead more quickly, but poor old Camposol gets in in the side every tome.

How about the Mar Menor??????? destroyed, beaches wrecked, roads washed away, houses flooded, water contaminated,

our friends stuck in there property for over three days, mud and slime everywhere, property prices fallen, insurance companies do not want to know.

Of course, its not named Camposol.
