HI, we are coming to the Camposol next week to visit a number of properties with a view to buying 1 of them.  The properties are in Red193 and 203 and Clac233 and Clad167.  We have been reading both positive and negative about the Camposol (neg: flooding, subsidence -pos: friendliness and amenities) and generally want some advice as to which areas to focus on and which to avoid.  We are working with Mercers who seem to have a good reputation ?  Many thanks in advance for any guidance that can be offered.

The reference numbers you quoted are Mercer's... Camposol is 6x4 KLM in size it has 4 sections a/b/c/d with 4,000 Villa's in total ....before you start viewing make it clear to the agent that you only want to see properties with Escutura ( Deeds) / Fin de Obra ( final building licence ) as the properties without them  have problems ...do not take advice from any poster's on this forum that do not own a property on Camposol... I have owned a Villa for the past 12 years ...you can also go on Google map's and have a basic look around we have 2 shopping centre's /bar's/restaurants/ community centre/dentist/doctors/18 hole golf coarse/golf club/5 star hotel and so on...just about everything that makes a community ...most of the bad things your are reading have been addressed and just old news / basically you have got to come over and see for yourself good luck.

Look at MCC by all means... But it doesn't even come close ...in the way of amenities that is on offer on Camposol .

I totally agree with you, MCC is a good urbanisation great infrastructure but does lack amenities that camposol has but is closer to Mazarron town and port, I have lived here for over 14 years and like both urbanisations, I don't either bull up camposol or knock it to the degree that some people do on here, have a good look around and if you have the time try looking slightly further afield also, good luck with your search
