I don't know what the big secret is sending PMs.... it's a well known fact that the builder's of the Monsora villa's went into bankruptcy around 14 years back..the Bank took possession of all the unsold villa's and have been releasing a few of them every month for sale ever since ..many of these villa's that are up for sale require extensive repairs due to vandalism....most of the ones I have seen require new kitchens / Bathrooms / internal doors / front and Back doors / connection of utility services and so forth so the nock down asking price is just the start of the mountain you will need to climb..when the bank's release properties for sale around 4 at a time..they will not release any more for sale until these are gone ..they also don't take offers so the price advertise (usually rock bottom ) is what they want ...I have also heard that some people that have bought Mindoro properties cannot get the water or electricity supplies connected due to the utilities companys refusing connection so be very careful...and demand that the utilities are in place before you hand any money over.

                  I will private message who I want there was personnel information in my PM regarding my purchase price of a Mosora Villa on C10 and your information is out of date and simply not true, on C10 there are only 12 Monsora remaining and they are all currently up for sale and have different prices depending on location etc and believe me we negotiated a price.All the remaining Villas on C10 were put up for sale in early July, I await your apology I have read a lot of your posts and have found them very useful but in this case I'm annoyed with your comments regarding my PM.

I won't make any apologies ..as this is a open forum that was put in place to keep the residents of Camposol informed on what's happening around them..this is not possible when the likes of yourself are keeping information that should be shared to the public by sending private PMs. if we all done this we wouldn't get to far.. Camposol is a friendly place... it's called a community .. people actually talk to each other hear..this is why it is so successful.

               Your information was out of date and not true, Mr Flyer you are actually giving the residents and future residents of Camposol false information I would suggest next time you post you do some research and get your facts straight or     people will no longer take your posts seriously. The Forum has a PM facility and I will continue to use it for posting personal  information at least my information is up to date and factual because I actually bought a Monsora Villa.
