I don't live in Camposol (yet!) but I do so want to do so. What would the forum members suggest as being the property to buy as a basic one, on a say 650 to 700m2 plot, that would be most amenable to modernising a Neptuna or a Cibeles? Or are the variables too much to say?

The Cibelis is a bungalow...The Neptuno is a house with up stairs...they are both around the same size regarding living space ...I don't know what you intend doing with a large 700 plot especially if you are getting on in years.... maybe you like pulling weeds out on a daily basis or you are big into gardening either way think about it ...we have a Neptuno on a 300 plot that we bought 11 years back and at the age of 63 are now finding it to much to look after on the gardening side... good luck enjoy Camposol.
We also have a 300 m² plot and it's more than enough outdoor space. I don't like pulling weeds :-)
