Hi All. I live on upper c14 and I have no water. I’ve checked the stopcock and it’s open. I’ve contacted aqualia through their website but they’ve not responded. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what is the best way to get water back into my home. Or does anybody know of someone who can help me getting water back into my house.Tnank you.

Hi mate

Sorry to hear that, we’ve had it a few times on A this year.

Silly question, but are your neighbours affected as well?

If they are, then at least it’s peace of mind that it’s not an issue with just you / your house.

If they are off too, nothing you can do until the leak is fixed, so it’s a waiting game I’m afraid……

Hope it’s on soon!

Regards

Colin

No probs!!!

Just keep turning the tap every now and then and it will come on eventially.

When it does come on, leave it running for a few seconds, as sometimes the water is brown, but is soon flushes out.

All the best fella!

There was a leak last Friday and the water was turned off. Maybe there is another.
