Hi Everyone

I'm currently looking for a property in Camposol but so far I haven't found one that offers everything I need so thought that maybe I could make alterations to a "nearly right" property but need to factor in how much these alterations would cost.

If anyone has had the following done I'd be grateful if you could let me know an approximate cost.

Central heating in a 2 bed villa.

Installing a back door in a Rosa villa.

Installing glazing in all or half of the terrace of a Fortuna villa.

If you need a terrace glazed then remember you will need planning permission.

Which if you are on d sector you probably will not get.  Curiously, does not seem to slow down the amount of building going on though. Very good builder on a sector next to the ferreteria,  who should be able to advise you.

I live on sector D ...and did not have a problem getting permission for a pool and having perimeter walls and foot paths built all you need to do is have the appropriate paperwork filled in and pay the fee ...I had my application done by the Lawyers on sector A...something you might want to take into consideration is the cost of the alterations it could be more beneficial to up your budget another €15,000 and get the place you really want ...a builder will give you a good idea on Price's.

I was under the impression permissions weren't being granted at the minute unless that is old news

The Massa liquidator has many large parcels of building land for sale all over Camposol and they are asking a tidy sum for it if it did not have some sort of planning approval it would be worthless... It's up for sale with outline planning consent...at this minute.
