We have a house on C10 just around the corner from Phil and we love it.

The houses are very well built and even have cavity walls and a damp course which is not the case with a lot of other Spanish houses.

We have all the necessary paperwork and licences for the house too.

Hi I would strongly suggest renting a property before purchasing as you can then get a feel for the place .😄

Thanks for your advice.But a bit late to put it into practice as I am already in the process of buying a property on C 10.

I have been to Camposol before and I love the community spirit and the area.I hope I won't be dissapointed in the future.
