Hi All,

Could someone please tell me what part of "C" Sector (road names), that were concerned with subsidence?

I live on C Sector and the only subsidence problems I know of are on C15/C16

The only bad area I noticed was in C15 along the edge of the Golf Course where the road has been closed off (see map attached)

We live on C2 and are planning to buy a bigger property on Camposol.  We have owned for 8 years and in my search I would steer clear of Calle Quesada/Aspilla & Silas on C14/16.  I would recommend to anyone buying here to maybe rent a place for the week/weekend and have a really good look around, we did it in a day and now I want to move but still on Camposol.

Thank you for your kindness in sharing this information, as most people don't want to offer any information. I totally understand why, as it is putting houses at jeopardy of being sold, but I have work hard to buy a home overseas, and don't want to buy a nightmare.

Anita,

I had my suspicions about Calle Quesada and Silas, as there seemed to be a lot of properties for sale in that part. Unfortunately, I cannot locate Calle Aspilla on a map, but I can only assume in is in the same region.  What is the nicest road/sector/part in "C"?

I think the best part of C is C5, all good well kept houses and close to the Golf Club.

Can you give me some road names of C5, so that I can have a look on a map.

Try Calle Puerto Lumbreras. If you go into Google maps the whole of Camposol will come up.

Do you know of any Rebecca style houses for sale in your area or further down in Called la Carolina? If so, could you advise me of estate agent?

Thank you for all your help
