Hi everyone!

First post on here. Hubby and I are looking at early retirement in 2022 and, at present, Camposol looks very attractive. We are coming over in February to have a proper look. Now... doing our internet research, I am swaying toward sector b as it's important for us to be close to amenities.  How many of you own property on sec b and what do you find good or bad about it?

How does it compare to sec a?

Thanks for your input x

Thanks! We've actually just seen the country club on "A Place In The Sun". It's definitely got it's points to consider. It's on our list to take a look when we're there in Feb.

It was fairly important that we had amenities within walking distance if possible, as mum will be coming over with us and probably won't drive.

We can't wait to get over and have a proper look!

I have owned a property on sector B for 15 years, In my opinion it is my favourite sector, walking distance to small shops, supermarket, bank, correos, bars/restaurants, vets etc, infrastructure is quite good if I had any complaint it would be frequent water leeks leading to water being turned off, also you might want to look at sector A too, as for country club it is possible to walk to amenities but it is quite a walk and you wouldn't want to be doing that in the summer months, good luck with you search.

Thanks! That's good to know. How have you found the houses structurally? The one thing that concerns me is some of the horror stories about floods and "illegal" properties. Obviously, I won't be making any rash decisions, but the thoughts of people who actually live there goes  long way!
