Any recommendations ?

Hi Roland

not yet but planning windows and doors, currently used a local (Antonio) whom has put concrete tiled steps in up to the roof and he has done a fantastic job, he is now my builder of choice but does not speak any English at all plus he was €2000 cheaper than the British Builders, will ask my neighbour for his contact details if you would like

Roland,

I used C&G for door and windows in September, pleased with quality and fitters. You will find contact details in the Monthly magazine.

I had already found looked at their website.

I was looking for a new door.

A couple of questions if you don't mind.

Did you purchase a Upvc or a composite door ?

How high is the threshold on the door ? ( the bit you walk over )

Coloured or white ?

Thanks for the info

Hi Roland,

composite door grey in colour. It is the latest low threshold tread plate so no need to step over frame.

Roland,

as soon as I posted my previous reply I knew I had made an error it was a UPVC door not composite. Cost €980 but I didn’t barter as it was an insurance claim and I needed old replacing quickly.after break in.
