Hi, anyone out there remodelling their bedrooms and throwing out the original Masa sliding doors? I'm trying to convert mine to hinged doors and suspect l might make a mistake or 2 in the early attempts so looking to save any that would be heading towards skips.

They are made of MDF, so will split if you use woodscrews. Try using self tappers and drill a pilot hole for each screw.
Ta for tip on self tappers, I'm usually good about clearance and pilot holes. Just need to restock a lot of my tools, left a lot in the UK when we moved over, need to find a Spanish screwfix 😁
