True, rm44, do seem to be getting less actual complete cuts to the water supply, - more often like very low pressure, and when you have an elevated house it won't reach up. First complain to the water company, seems strange but they may not know you exist ! .Another remedy , more expensive though, is to install a deposito and pump so you can use your reserve until it is restored.

Yes I am quite a way up a steep hill but there is a large reservoir at the top. They only seem to reduce pressure when there is a severe drought now, and touch wood, the supply hasn't been cut for quite a while, unlike year's ago. It seems that the problem you have at Camposol is in the quality of the pipework. Unfortunately that rather depends on the sub contractors MASA employed, some were better than others and I doubt they were ever checked. The only upside I had with Masa on the Costa Blanca was free electricity and water as we were on builders supply for two year's. MASA incompetance ran in our favour for once!
They only repair the connections, not the pipes. Many reparations here on B, Aqualia put gravel in the holes and the rain flooded everything out :-(

Agreed, the pipe connections are very poor, we had a view of them when a repair was taking place.
I would like to know if any body has had their road taken up for a pipe repair, and the section of road, and path block work has not been put back to how it was.

After speaking to the water repair guy, he said it is no longer the responsibility of the water company, or the council to make good?
SDB147, this is very worrying. How can we all live in a place full of uncertainties where there is no accountability to the services that should be administered to Camposol?
What are the reasons for this? Please don't refer me back to MASA's Ill-fated project. That was before and this is now.
Are there any meetings that we can attend with the authorities to address these issues?
There are many issues still unresolved and it's about time we elected or selected our own representative who is willing to speak on our behalf, and having the courage to do so at all times.
Your opinions matter.
Hi,
Well it appears from what is going on that residents are saying Camposol has and is still being sidelined and left to its own fate, not my words but those of others.
I think there is a big meeting to take place soon being arranged by Mr Finnigan, hope I have got the name right? and the Mayor is being asked to attend, this will give residents a moment to voice there concerns.
But concerns and money do not go together.
I think things have gone on for so many years, that it will be very difficult to put all right, can you just imagine the cost for lighting alone to be fixed.
Some one stated that the IBI payment from residents cover all this, then another states it is nothing to do with covering repairs or upkeep, so what is right? and where does the money go?
A voice,or a representative, well give it a try, you may be surprised at what answers you get from your own community.

So, we are not getting anywhere and no hope for the future.
I do believe that we have a very strong case to support us in our quest for Camposol recognition. They can ignore our plight but we are here to stay.
If we stay together and speak with one voice, I am sure, the authorities will listen to us. As the saying goes, "Rome was not built in a day".
Hi Fem 90,
Fully agree, but not everyone will follow.
Lets see, it will be interesting.

This is not a bad place to live considering all the pros and cons that you might haveheard or read on this forum. Some people have been living here for over 10years and have never encountered any problems. My wife and I went to the Golf Club on Sector C, it's a very nice course to play your 9 or 18 holes.
I can speak confidently of Sector A, the streets are clean, lights are working, and we are very happy to be here. Neighbours are very helpful.
Above all, we can't smell anything piggish
Problems are everywhere wherever you may live. Spanish attitude is "No problem" and everything is "Manana".
Come and see for yourself, stay for a week or so, speak to the locals and then, you can make an informed decision.
Fem90 with the upcoming new pigfarm (2000 to 6000 pigs) right behind sector A, I think you will change your mind.
