I apologize for that mistake I was referring to a post you made a few months back but I misread that one you stated 

A Neptuno with a pool on a 600 plot ..would cost you around €170,000

How are you enjoying your new villa?

At the moment I am going through the refurbishment of my new Villa...but I won't be able to enjoy it...as I am focusing on selling my Camposol property as it is to big for us now .

Thinking of buying a property in camposol I'm worrying about subsidence in the area there's any truth in this

As far as I know..it's only a small part of upper C sector that has some problems ...for instance if you see  something like a 3 bed 3 bathroom Neptuno with swimming pool up for sale at €89,000 ...when the going rate for this type of Villa on Camposol is around €145,000 ..the one at €89,000 will have problems and be located on upper C...I will repeat again only a small part of upper C suffers from subsidence..they are easy to spot.

I like your comment on this topic, FF, not condescending the whole of Sector C. If a Neptune 3 bed and 3 baths villa is being sold for €90k on Sector C and you see another similar villa is selling for over €140k on the same Sector C, then it's easy to establish that the cheaper is a dead give away of bad quality of a villa. I won't touch it even if it's still reduced considerably to a devilish inviting price. Something is lurking in the underbuild.
