Hi me and my partner are looking to buy a property in Camposol we are interested in a villa hopefully with a pool two beds and two bathrooms if possible eventually looking to retire in Spain so it definitely has to be a home from home we are from the UK can anyone give us information about the area we want to be close to amenities but not so close that you have tourists right on top of you shops bank supermarkets etc

Sorry don't agree with your comments regarding constructionand  pricing of ac etc.

The op asked for a percentage that would or could be accepted I have always advocated Start maybe 20% then you can increase your offer accordingly if you really like the property.

Has always worked for me
