Run out of gaviscon. I take omeprazol but sometimes get a real pain and a gaviscon works as a top up. Any equivalent over here please
I believe that Almax may be the equivalent & available in Spain.

The other thing you could do is take a bottle of Gaviscon into your local farmacia & ask them for an equivalent.
They are usually very helpful even if you cannot speak Spanish.
