As a matter of interest  I am a frequent visitor to Campasol for various things, I like the vibe it has, and the amount of facilities to hand.

I have considered viewing properties there and elsewhere locally, but like everywhere you have to make compromises.

My question is how long have you been on Camposol and did you view elsewhere before buying on Camposol.

Your feedback would be helpful.

I have been on Camposol A for over 17 years not a resident though.

We did view other areas of southern Spain but Camposol & the property we viewed suited our requirements.

It seems to have something for everybody. If you want bars and entertainment it is there.

Or if you prefer to keep yourselves to yourselves you can do that with all the amenities within easy reach.

There are issues with some areas but if you use some common sense the issues are fairly obvious.

All I and my partner need are the simple things in life, mainly space, peace and quiet and security.

Just don't want the rug to be pulled from under our feet, so we need to ask questions now before we make our final choice.

And there's no better than asking people with experience of it.

Hi Gary we have internet with compusurf with very few issues. We bought on D on our 1st visit. Viewed about 6 on the Saturday and on Sunday offered the full asking price for the one we loved on D which is lovely and quiet. The only water issues we have personally had is 3 different leaks in the pipe under the building with as many months. Pipes in Spain are awful. We have now had it replaced and an anti pressure valve fitted. Good luck
