Can anyone tell us if there is a template letter when applying for Nlv that our gp in England must use to give our medical info to the embassy .
Also has anyone managed to apply with s1 form rather than private health insura
I don't think that there is one template that you have to use, however, our solicitor provided us with one that our GP completed and we were successful with our application...
