Hi everyone, was supposed to be moving out to camposol next week, sadly not going to happen, anyway I've been given a quote for home insurance from the banka for the sum of €215 for a monsora villa on Sector C10, is this reasonable, please let me know your thoughts, cheers Glenn

Insurance for anything from banks is notoriously expensive & can be unreliable.

Why not contact Ibex insurance on Camposol for a quote ??

Google Ibex insurance + Camposol and you should get a contact email address.

Looks like they could be open but maybe only via email or phone.

I can't just remember what I paid last year for my 2 bedroom Fiesta villa on A sector.

I will have a look tomorrow and let you know.

Hi Glenn100

Just had a look at what I paid last year £110 but note that the euro exchange rate was around 1.15.

I've gone with Sabadell this year - purely because needed to reduce their fees, not over often enough to open up free banking, taken the best option for me. Last year paid 164.00 euro's think it was through IBEX. I'm paying more this year for the insurance - but less on the bank's fee's they equal out over the course of the year.
