Hello,

We have recently purchased a lovely 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom Neptuno villa on Sector B. It has central heating and a garage and is available for a winter rental. It has been re-decorated and it is fully furnished and ready for someone to make it their winter home. The agent dealing with our property is Sue Walker at Another World Properties. If you are interested, please look at their website, reference B430. (long term rental) It also has an alarm, British television and a private pool. All the white goods in the kitchen are new.

Hi, probably no good for you but me & my friend are looking for exactly what your offering but for long term ( as in yearly ) and are willing to pay a years rent up front?

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. The long term rental i.e. monthly rental is only available until end May latest. After that we had planned to offer the villa for Summer lets, i.e. with a weekly rental for the summer season. Then next October (2019) it will go back to being offered on a monthly basis. Shame you don’t accept pets as this is just what we’re looking for but we have a small dog.

I put B430 in the box on their search and got - "Your search returned 546 matching properties" - not helpful !

Any other place the property might be seen?

Hello,

Sorry about that. If you go to anotherworldproperties website and put in the search criteria for long term lets, 3 bedrooms, camposol it should only come up with 5 properties. The reference is B430WL.

My apologies for the confusion.
