In the next year i will be visiting Camposol around June 2020 for 20 days & moving there permanently in 2022.
I've seen a lot off videos and google website saying? there was or is still problems with villas on Camposo,
is this this been resolved yet
i am worried that buying a home there
if you can help i would be appreciated your comments

All the properties that had problems..have been disposed of at auction..by the Builder's liquidation company ...they have been bought by mainly property development companies and then brought up to a good standard of repair..the majority have now been sold on to private buyers ...you don't want to take much notice of the bad press that Camposol had as this is now on the passed..we still have some issues that have not been resolved yet ..like street lights / road maintenance ... Camposol is still good value for the money... enjoy.

There were initial problems with a few of the properties on Camposol but these were in the minority
Take your time to look around as there are many good properties and you will be be very happy as it is a great place to live with many great people
When you do the procedure with a lawyer, he will do all the necessary investigations.
