Hi it's not a done deal on the driving test, there should be a decision in june.

why do you need a driving test?

You had to register to exchange by the end of December or may need to take a Spanish test. We exchanged ours in January and got new eu license within weeks.

OK didn't know this! 

Good luck that timing looks good, if you are getting the revenue & profit from the sale of your UK home this year do not become fiscal tax residents until 2022 ie do not spend more than 183 days in Spain in 2021 you will be liable to declare the profits from your house on your Spanish tax declaration when you complete it in 2022.

Ask your Solicitor to confirm if you have any doubts..

Health care you may have to take out private cover until you are residents, then do the S1, subject to your age, may be wrong, so check it out.
