Hi we are with Ibex and they have an office on A sector. English speaking and excess is low for ours. Not claimed but they are very good.

Hi,

We used Ibex also, very reasonable and can complete online or over the phone. We spoke with a lady called Jennifer. Compared to some quotes we had, this was a bargain.

Hi. We use Liberty Seguros, a lovely English speaking lady called Harriet Richardson. They are on sector A. Very good price as well.

Hi Richard.

I did a comparison on a Spanish comparison site and then used it to get quotes to compare.

I have a Neptuno with pool, 250m plot and paid €250.00

Let me know if I can help further

Ray

As an insurance underwriter check all the terms and conditions very carefully. Check if any endorsements apply and what the excess is. Dont over value the property. The insurer will work out a rebuild cost. Alot of people insure the building for the market value of the property and this will cost more to insure. Rebuild cost is a lot lower. Also think about whether you need to pay extra for accidental cover. I personally didnt as dont smoke so furniture wont get burn holes, if we spill paint we dont have carpets so will be able to mop off tiles etc. In 30 years never knocked a TV over etc. If you decide on accidental damage cover and have pets check that they will cover damage they may cause.
