Looking at buying

Hi..it depends what you want . As you say there are lots of properties for sale in all 4 sectors....A and B are where the bars , restaurants and shops are so you can walk to them easily . C and D are further away from the commercial centres although the golf club is on C . There are some beautiful properties on D but you will need a car to get around . We bought on A as I can't drive and I can walk to the shops . Camposol is a great place to live and the community spirit is amazing...we bought through Mercer's and found them to be honest and reliable . Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for .

Afternoon All, 

The wife and I are spending ages looking online at properties on Camposol as we are approaching retirement age and need warm weather to help with our  burgeoning medical issues. Are also on a tight budget - it's just for the two of us (plus 2 chihuahuas!!)} Hopefully will be lucky and find one that we can live in!!! 

Remember, it does get cold in winter and the houses are not well insulated. So a good heating system is a must.

We have just purchased a rebecca property in sectir D. Just waiting for the paperwork to go through 

Avoid upper C if you can. Everywhere else ok regardless what you read.

We viewed with all the camposol agents, personally we recommend ANOTHER WORLD PROPERTIES they went the extra mile. Ask for vinny thier, but call him karl perkington sounds just like him.

He's ace & will show you areas outside of camposol beaches etc, where other agents will not.
