Hi all, I’m looking to buy a property and was wondering if Camposol is right for me, I’m getting quite a few mixed messages if I’m honest so thought it would be best to get over and take a look for myself, can anyone recommend any properties I can rent in the area for a couple of weeks beginning early April 2020 (3/4th) ?

Just ask yourself why most house sales there are only by agents on the urbanisation !
I will say no more in case of the angry replies lol
Most house sales are by local agents because the owners choose to use the local agents to sell their properties! And why wouldn’t they?

Well for a start, considering 'local' agents in the rest of Murcia advertise the WHOLE area apart from Camposol, then if it makes sense to only advertise in own area, why does everyone else choose to advertise regionally and as I stated, apart from Camposol.
Maybe more advertising gives more coverage as EVERYWHERE else finds out but because of all the problems ,and this includes not havingall the applicable legal documents, just maybe outside agents respect their clients more !!!
When you even have your local agents selling illegal houses, oh and yes by the way, a LARGE percentage are illegal and at least 75% of all the houses don't have all the legal paperwork then most probably all other agents are more professional and don't want to mislead clients.

Read ALL the history on here and in the press, and then if you want to buy into that, good luck to you.
Indeed very cold inside in winter and hot in summer once the heat has settled in for a few weeks. Moreover beware of hidden defects (in the walls, underground, roof etc.) After we bought the house, we discovered them and spend all of our savings in reparations :-(
