Hi. I'm new to naturism. I'm in my 60s now and quite shy. I wonder if I could visit an older couple (with their clothes on or not) maybe for coffee and cake or biscuits. I would like to be naked to build up my confidence. I visit Fuengirola a couple of times a year and would love to meet up so that you could help me with my shyness and make me more confident.

I think you need to work on that yourself. Don't think there are many coaches in that area. Try some of the designated beaches that you'll find easily with a Google search. And don't forget the sunscreen!
