Hi, Many things on Camposol, not just villas and pools. What issues are you talking about.? Camposol is a great community, every one supports each other, and that was proved with the present situation. Residents are very helpfull, and look after each other. We have no great problems, and improvements are to take place as soon as we are back to normal. We have all been very well looked after, and all have stuck together. You will not find a better place.

The few issues are historic and are predominantly on sector C

We were only shown properties on D when we viewed so what issues we have seen are what we discovered when we drove around

If you are driving to the golf course from B then on the right hand side, ie not on the side of the golf course

Be clear, not all properties or roads there look damaged but you will easily identify the ones that are. Should also mention some pavements on D have suffered from flood damage but again these are historical and work has been done to minimie the risk of further floods occurring

Where we are on sector D there has been a vacant plot behind us for 5 years. When we did manage to arrive in August it was a building site

Apparently a Belgium gentleman has bought it it and is building a house from scratch

Obviously an isolated case but maybe a few more might take advantage of the current low prices
