Hi all

I’m new to the forum and finding it very helpful. I am coming to look for a property in Camposol later this year  with a view to moving out permanently early next year. What percentage are full time residents on Camposol.

Cheers John

We have approximately 4,500 properties on Camposol..it would be impossible for any one to give you the correct figure you are looking for..but a ruff estimate would be around the 30% are occupied full time ... With D sector being the highest number...so Camposol is sertainly not a ghost town in the winter...and becomes very busy in the summer months.. with holiday home owners and the likes .

Frequentflyer, someone is checking on your spelling. Ah ah!!!!

You also meant to say Camposol is a ghost town in winter, but buzzing like bees in summer.

John27, Holiday property owners come to join the permanent residents in summer, renewing their acquaintances. It's fun in summer and many activities are also staged for us all to enjoy.

So what if my spelling isn't what it should be...if it bothers you that much Michael19 ..then don't read my post...Fem90 if you think Camposol is a ghost town in the winter then you should take a trip up to CDA & Mazarron country club ..I think you will come back with a different view...of what the term ghost town really means.

Don't get uptight my friend. I understand everything you say. Where is your sense of humour? No offence intended on comments made by me. I live on Sector A in Camposol and love it. Be summer or winter, everyday is Christmas to me.

Does that resolve the issue, Frequent flyer?

Respect.

I brought here last July, as a non resident, found totally empty villa in d sector, I love it so much that I may even move over full time later this year, just purchased a Spanish reg car in 🇬🇧, from a lhd dealer, no vat on it and will bring it back to Spain next time over. Will leave car at airport for €300 a year, so no rip off car hire problems, and a car that will do me while over, I love camposol and the nicest people your ever likely to meet,
