Camposol is a bit uncomfortable in that it gets very, very hot in July and August. A lot of residents take their summer holidays somewhere cool and come back again in the middle of September when all the clubs and activities come back to life as people start to return. You will find that a lot of the houses are holiday homes which get very little use but there is a thriving community which you will find as you settle in 

  In October the Spanish have a lot of fiestas and other events. Golf facilities get busy and everyone is out and about.   Summer prices start to decline and walking and sporting activities become much more comfortable.  The tourists have gone home and the port is less crowded.  The Costa Calida Chronicle comes out at the end of every month, contains a useful 'whats on' section and is free and available in the bars and shops  on A and B sector.

We are just in the process of buying on Camposol D23 just waiting on  Survey to be done so hopefully be out in about 6 weeks 

We will also be in the boat as you not knowing anyone out there we are making the permanent move from London would love to meet up when we get there

Hi we moved here in February and we have been lucky enough to have wonderful friendly neighbours. Through them we have met other people and now there’s about 25 of us who all meet up at different times and have lots of social gatherings i e bbqs, meals out and party’s for everything. People here have proved to be very friendly and helpful. We are on D32. I hope you manage to make lots of friends and have a great time like we have. It’s early days so fingers crossed for you.
