If you are looking for work to support yourselves I would think very carefully, unemployment is high and unless you are fluent in Spanish vacancies will be very very few
There are employment agencies in Murcia so why not look them up on the internet?

If you are not currently EU residents and are moving from the UK, then you will need either a working visa (which needs to be completed with your prospective employer), so you need a firm job, etc. You can't just move to Spain and then look for a job.
If you plan to be self-employed, then you need an 'autonomo' visa, which will require a business plan and proof that you have money to support yourself and your family if you don't earn the expected income from your business.
