We are in the process of buying in sector D and have paid the deposit 

We are also looking to retire or semi retire and will be living there full time hopefully within 8 weeks 

We are also looking forward to making many new friends and enjoying a more relaxed life

We got a house on C6, it is a private sector, so we have fee's to pay, that is also something you should be aware of, C sector is about 1.5 miles from the supermarket and bars, but only 5 mins from the golf club, it is much quieter on C&D sectors, so it depends what you want, check out www.bluemedinvest.com they have villas on C10 whithin your budget. good luck, I hope you find what you are looking for.
