If you are looking at the small 2 bedroom villas ...I think you will find they are on D23 ... nothing at all wrong with them other than not having planning permissions ...so no deeds ...if you are looking at the big villa's ( Neptunos) these are on the opposite side side of the 2 bedroom villas this is D24 and they have all the appropriate paperwork to buy including the deeds.

Hi

Take a look with other agents and get there feed back also! there are more areas than just D!!

Take  a good look around before parting with your cash.

Good luck

If you are in any doubt ask the agents to photocopy the deeds and then take them to a lawyer to have them checked out..If the agents won.t do that then I think you have your answer..Good Luck with your search..

Should also consider other sectors, B and C are good and try to buy a Monsara property as they are well built and insulated. Good luck and Camposol is an amazing urbanisation with many foreign residents and also many English spoken residents also.
