Hi We have just bought on D which is lovely and quiet. We also have grand children. A good solicitor will do all the checks for you. We paid the vendor 10% and the rest directly to the solicitor to handle. This was then paid to the vendor when property was signed over at the notary. The solicitor will check also that there are no debts to the property and if there are he will deduct the money before giving to the vendor. You will need a car on camposol. You do get a lot for your money there.

If you look at estate agents normally each property will have a code for example Red222 Re refers to Rebecca style and d is sector D. Cl is classico style. We preferred the lay out of the Rebecca as they have a dining room.

We used solicitors corrals in the port. We also had a survey done. Some we saw had lots of cracks which many buildings in Spain do get apparently. Just make sure you look at those that have been looked after and not sat empty for ages.

Good luck.

Hi I think there is a bus that goes from A sector to the port. Sector D and C and quite away from the shops and bars. I would guesstimate 40 min walk and some of it is uphill. Properties on A and B are where the shops and bars are but prices are higher on those sectors. You really need to go and visit

Sorry should have said don't think there are any children's play areas. There is a bowling alley. There are communal pools on sector A maybe b as well which if you buy on these sectors you can buy a key for an annual charge to use them. There are no maintenance fee charges on camposol. The council haven't adopted camposol so little street lighting and volunteer groups fix the pot holes do the gardening etc. You pay equivalent council tax per year which is very little compared to UK. You also pay non residents tax

Hi Vanessa I haven't been but it's in Alley Palais entertainment centre in the triangle on sector B. Just 4 lanes. Will be taking our grand daughter when we are over in April. Think they have gaming machines as well.

Sorry to advise but the bowling alleys have been removed and replaced with a stage for live entertainment..
