There are lots of people in your age group here & you will find it easy to make friends. There are lots of groups you can join including dancing & Spanish lessons are held weekly from September from beginners level upwards. 😊

I am 68 paddy gone wrong, I will be moving to spain camposol hopefully September some time, I was there last month for a few days when I brought my villa in sector D, I found the brits and Spanish and Indian restaurant so friendly I wanted to not come back to Uk. So when over message me and we can have a ice cold Guinness together and learn Spanish on my 24/7 Spanish app,

Lucky you, Irish nationality, so still in the EU unlike my fellow Britts who will soon be without EU protection.

Wish I had an Irish grandmother,!

Hi I'm Irish, not living in Camposol but in Isla Plana.Though you will find a great mix of people there and in the area. Wise to rent first anyway and see if it suits you.

The general area has a lot to offer but it depends on the individual and what you most want from living there. If you like a very busy social life and maybe some golf then Camposol has all of that. It is generally a friendly place. The vast majority living there are English with the odd French and Irish. Has ships restaurants etc and is essentially a small town. Some of the zones are quite far from the center and some areas are better than others to live in. You would need to research carefully which would be the best part. I don’t live there myself. We have a small place in Isla Plana on the coast it’s quieter but suits us very well. You should have a look at other possible areas to live and of course if you can then rent for a while first. Sean.

My first name is also John, but in that great Irish tradition I'm known by my second name (Tony - contraction of Anthony).

Anglicised Irishman. I don't have an Irish accent, but i DO have an Irish passport!

My wife & I live on Camposol, Sector A.
