Hi

I have had a place in San Pedro del Pinatar for 10 yrs. It's a lovely town and great beech,s nearby.

However it may not suit everyone its very Spanish.

The advice I would give to anyone moving to my part of the world is

Take a long let

Hire a car

Have a good look around

Go out of season

stick to budget

Don't isolate yourself

Speak to as many local residents as pos.

There is something for everyone out here, but take your time don't be rushed make sure your 100% sure, if not walk away and start again till you find it,

Good luck

Hi! This is a great advice as we too are looking into buying in San Pedro. Your advice will definitely be put to practice. Thank you!!!
