Yes Gloria, it was excellent at first, but we are using it with Magbox 320 and experiencing quite a few problems. - keeps switching off all the time, sound out of sync, freezing and glitching. But we can't tell whether it's the box or the cable. Once it was definitely the cable gone missing because I couldn't use my laptop either. I don't know who to complain to half the time. Good thing we have kept our old Sky box and still have TV's connected to that elsewhere in the house. Are you receiving direct cable from Telecable or do you have a different box setup I would be interested to know.
