Hi Bamoggy  and welcome to Camposol  I've been here just over 2 years now

Utilities - depends on the size of your house, if you have a pool etc

I have a hot tub, no pool  electric is just under 50€ most months. Water is around 25 per month. Health care depends on your ages and any medical conditions around 60 each if none.

IBI is under 200 for the year. Non resident tax 80 for year. Internet 24per month. Mobile phone is pay as you go works out 10 top up lasts a month or more. House insurance 120 for year. Hope that helps.

Difficult to say as we do not know the size of the house , how its rated for heat loss and what you will be using as heat in the winter months . Making some assumptions , electricity 80 a month , water at 3 / cubic meter , don't have baths , I know that's tough for  Brit . but the hot water alone will kill your power budget , WIFI  25 / month , Mobile , 30 / month , drinking water delivered @ 24/ month , petrol all depends , 50 - 100 / month , food , 200 , minumum plus wine or spirits , then you have butane gas at 13 / bottle , lasts a few months for cooking , but only two weeks or less if running a heater. We pay close to 100/ month per person for full coverage med insurance , but we are older than you . Then you have the yearly , car , & house insurance about  700 / annual , and a load of firewood @ 200 for the winter . Not knowing the size of the property , pool or not , gardens or not , you might have pool chemicals , pool water top ups , garden tools and chemicals ..........We come in at 1200 to 1400 a month , but we eat well and do some entertaining , and thats without rent or a mortgage payment . All numbers are in Euros.    Hope that helps       Greg

My rough amounts were the following. Do you think they’re not a decent guideline. I need to be as accurate as possible.

Electric 100

Water 50

Food 200

Petrol 70

Health ins 100 (for both)

IBI 50

Car ins and tax 30

Mobile phone and internet 50

Home ins 20
