Hi guys,

We are heading over next week and will look at a few properties, pictures online look good but is there much of a difference in size between a Rebecca and a Classico villa? Very hard to tell if the rooms are small or the rooftop solariums are a decent size

Thanks for any info

Eamonn +Lorraine 🙂

Hi we looked at classicos and all the ones we looked at had too many marble stairs leading to the entrance which I think are dangerous and you can easily fall down them also they don't have a separate dining area like the Rebecca's so you have to cram a small dining table into the front room. Our front door was in the middle but was moved down the far end opposite the log burner end meaning we were able to bring our corner suite over and it fit like a glove and we have so much space in the front room.

Check if and what heating the houses have. Log burner or pellet burner are best portable gas heaters create problems with damp. Some only have air con for heat. These houses get very cold especially if you are on the dark side of the road

Good luck
