There is a site in Totana but I don't think its a retirement site. Shops etc are 2km away.

Site

You might be better looking at Benidorm area as quite a few there. Site fees are quite high.

Look below as well as different sites in Spain

Homes

Have you considered buying an apartment in a town as may be cheaper.

Good luck.

Hi Eric

to be honest property in Spain tends to be very reasonably priced so as SunnySpain advised maybe a better option to look at a house or apartment that may appreciate in value rather than a mobile home that will only have a finite lifespan

hope this helps

Whatever you do don’t go to the site in Totana ! It’s a lovely town but you need a car & there is no public transport. Also the fees are very high & the management are only helpful & friendly when you first move in & they are taking your money. & if you decide to sell you get cheated out of a lof money, we are still trying to recover from a painful & expensive experience.

Never heard of a retirement campsite although many people living on one are retired. You won’t find one in the middle of towns nearest will be on the outskirts and you’ll find it hard without a car. Look for a cheap apartment instead right in a town centre and become part of a local community
