Sectors

D sector is the furthest away from all the amenities & there is no cafe there. The closest place to D is the golf club which serves food & drinks but it’s not really within walking distance. Can’t comment on D23 but some streets on upper C have been affected by subsidence. Lower C is easy walking distance to the golf club. 

I live on the edge of D 23 opposite the Neptunas.  Got my place in 2004 and I think it’s great.  Now that nearly everyone has got their deeds and subsidence at the beginning has settled you can get some bargain properties there. All depends whether you want to be on top of the shops then buying will be more expensive.  Our road is lovely with good neighbours.  I have never had any subsidence in my property or I believe on our road.  There were problems mainly with getting deeds just make sure you have these but I think this problem in the main has been sorted out.  I thought sector c had lots of subsidence others please help

The main area to avoid is ...upper C sector it is easy to find the roads that have subsidence problems.. Basically you go over the bridge go passed the golf club on the left ..go across the first roundabout.. and then take any turning on your left and just drive round the various streets and you will come across the Villa's with the problems ...you also have lower C sector on the other side of the duel carriage way this part has no known subsidence problems ...when you start viewing properties just ask if they have the Escutura (Deeds) if they don't have a Escutura then walk away...but you will find that it is only a hand full of properties that do not have a Escutura these are usually the ones with problems.  ... There are no amenities on D at all but it is very quiet. My understanding is that C was always the sector to avoid but must admit that having driven around it a few times not all streets suffered the subsidence

If you do not need to be very close to the maneities and can afford a car then I would say that sector D is a very pleasant place to stay and we have lots of permies living around us who have lived there for 10+ years

In the end I guess it is down to what each individual prefers

A&B sectors are only popular because they are close to the shops... But without any doubt D sector has more permanent Residents than any other sector on Camposol ...it is also very clean and well kept ..with the various gardening and cleaning groups (.a big thanks to the volunteer's).

That’s a bit of a generalisation - all sectors are equally as popular for various reasons & there are just as many permanent residents on A B & C as D. A lot of people buy on D as A & B are more expensive. I viewed properties on all sectors & chose the HOUSE that was right for me not the sector & that’s really what it’s all about at the end of the day.

Sector D is the largest sector on the urbanisation and so is more likely to have more permies but in all honesty can anyone tell and does anyone care...? We happened to buy there for one reason - the house was perfect for us and we were lucky enough to get a car as part of the deal (and at the time we did not appreciate how important that would be in terms of travelling to the amenities). We love how quiet the location is and the house so for us - it could not have worked out better.
