I sense a lot of internal friction between the sectors, quite rightly people are proud of where they live, but in all honesty there really should be some unity - you all live in a wonderful friendly happy place called Camposol and I am so envious as my husband prefers Germany so a permanent resident I will never be - still I will be content with only three or four visits a year
Not sure that I agree with that comment. I certainly do not ask which sector someone is on before I decide to speak to them or not...!!
Question was regarding sectors to avoid and everyone has tried to provide useful information but at the end of the day, apart from the subsidence, each individual needs to make their own choice based on their own requirements.

I have never come across any friction ..between the various sectors ...I have owned a Villa on D sector for 11 year's ...but that does not stop me putting money ... in gardening groups buckets from other sectors .
What are the transport links like to the coast
Alsp how good is the internet and Wi-Fi in homes

There is a daily bus that goes to Port Mazarron and/or Bolnuevo but if you have a car then a very quick easy run opens up a whole host of different beaches which IMO, are much safer and more child friendly than Bolnuevo
We use Compusurf on B and have never had a problem but as we are not permanent we probably do not have the best option available

Hello
Me & my partner Rob are thinking of buying in Camposol, we have seen a villa on internet we really love so coming over to view this & a few others in may, it’s in sector D can I ask is it lit up at night? We have read there’s no street lighting, when the bulbs blow they don’t get replaced, is this true? I wouldn’t want to live anywhere that’s got no street lighting at night for obvious reasons, thank you in advance for any answers,
Regards Sue

Some streets on sector D do not have street lights at the moment ...the lights are in place they just don't work at the moment... it's much the same all-over Camposol..this original post is almost 1 year old things have got much better since Masa the Builders got kicked of the site....all the abandoned unfinished properties have been sold at auction to other builders .. refurbished and then sold on to private individuals... Camposol is looking good.. with all the hard work being put in by the various gardening groups .
We live on D and the street lighting is very hit and miss. Not sure why some streets work and others do not but it is very frustrating. Not sure what you mean by "obvious reasons" as we have never had any cause for concern in terms of walking of an evening
However, things are changing, albeit slowly, and the local mayor appears to be taking more of an interest in Camposol and the street lighting was one of the main issues mentioned and hopefully will be addressed

Thank you for reply, yes that’s what I had heard, but what I mean by obvious reasons is : nobody wants to live in darkness, if you cannot see due to no street lighting then you could trip up path curbs etc
We are coming over in 2 weeks to have a look around so we will have a drive around during evenings too
Regards Sue
